Job Description:- Managing the work of the administrative team: supervising, planning, motivating, delegating tasks, and reporting to the management,
- Monitoring, controlling, and implementing changes in administrative processes,
- Ensuring proper information flow and communication within the team and with other departments,
- Independently preparing contract drafts and documents for clients/partners based on established templates and procedures, in cooperation with a legal advisor to ensure compliance with applicable regulations,
- Organizing and overseeing the invoicing process within the administration team, ensuring data consistency and cooperating with the accounting department,
- Supporting office operations (organizing supply orders, invoice processing, correspondence, contact with external vendors),
- Ensuring efficient document flow and maintaining contact with other departments.
- Experience in coordinating the work of a team within the administration or a related department,
- Excellent work organization and ability to prioritize tasks,
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-departmentally,
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improvements,
- Communicative level of English.
- Education in administration, management, or economics,
- Experience working with ERP systems,
- Ability to use AI tools and experience with process automation,
- Knowledge of the IT industry.
