Personal Assistant; German​/English​/Russian

For our client in London – a boutique investment firm – we are seeking a

Personal Assistant (PA) fluent in German, English and Russian

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for all business and private enquiries of the Director
• Organise intensive European travel
• Handle visa applications, accommodation and transportation bookings
• Manage the Director’s diary and appointments
• Basic bookkeeping, including invoice handling, personal expense management and bank transfers
• Support meetings, including minute-taking and the use of AI-based tools
• Manage electronic documents and filing systems
• Draft and translate emails in German, English and Russian
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Profile:

• Fluent in German, English and Russian
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior level as a PA or in an administrative role
• Technologically savvy, with experience using modern IT and AI tools
• Flexible, proactive and highly detail-oriented
• No visa restrictions for working in the UK
