Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Administrative Engineer Assistant for a hybrid role based in Stratford, CT, with flexibility for remote work. The position involves providing administrative assistance, streamlining clerical processes, handling communication and phone correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting executive‑level personnel. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the organization by managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks and collaborating with team members to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, organize meetings, and support senior staff effectively.
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills for professional interactions and building client relationships.
  • Competency in clerical skills, including data entry, file management, and record‑keeping, to ensure efficiency and accuracy within operations.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience in consulting or assurance‑related environments is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office management or administrative support are advantageous.
  • Superior human relations skills to include patience, compassion, and persistence.
