Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Property Administrator to support day-to-day property management operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, tenant communication, and record management to ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to property managers
• Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries via email and phone
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors
• Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records
• Assist with rent tracking, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
• Prepare reports, notices, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and property regulations

Experience Required

• Previous experience in property administration, real estate, or office administration (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with property management software is an advantage
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
