Provide high-level administrative support to 3–4 Managing Directors in a fast-paced professional office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset, with flexibility to support broader office needs as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3–4 Managing Directors, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Serve as backup support for administrative colleagues during vacations or absences, assisting their managers as needed with phone coverage and office support
  • Prepare and manage documents and materials, including printing, scanning, binding, and assembling presentations
  • Open, sort, prioritize, and distribute Managing Directors’ mail; coordinate courier services and Fed Ex shipments
  • Answer and screen phone lines for Managing Directors and provide backup coverage for the main office phone line
  • Assist the Administrative Team with restocking office supplies and maintaining shared work areas
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or equivalent corporate experience (minimum 2+ years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook for email, calendar, and contact management
Compensation

Compensation is targeted at $65,000 dependent on experience

Reporting Relationship

Reports to the Managing Directors for EA duties, and the Office Manager for administrative duties

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed

Physical Setting

Office (On‑Site), there are not any opportunities to work from home
