Tourism Coordinator- Remote

We are seeking a Tourism Coordinator to support the planning, organisation, and coordination of tourism-related arrangements. The role focuses on managing travel and tourism logistics, preparing itineraries, maintaining records, and supporting enquiries in line with established processes. This position is suited to individuals who are organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with structured systems. The role involves coordination responsibility rather than basic administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate tourism and travel arrangements based on requirements Prepare and manage itineraries, confirmations, and documentation Liaise with suppliers and booking systems as required Respond to tourism-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records using internal systems Ensure all arrangements meet company procedures and quality standards Requirements Strong organisational and coordination skills High attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage tasks independently Confidence using online systems and digital platforms Experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, coordination, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential Training & Support Structured onboarding Role-specific training Ongoing operational guidance Access to established systems and processes
