This entrepreneur is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, support process improvement initiatives, and provide high-level executive support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative functions such as paperwork, tracking deadlines, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office operations by maintaining office supplies, coordinating tech support, and ensuring systems are running efficiently.
- Provide marketing, website, and social media coordination and changes through special projects.
- Organize records and keep digital files structured and accessible across various databases and document management systems.
- Follow-up with contacts directly on behalf of the executive regarding necessary documents, communication and special tasks.
- Be the trusted office administrator to the executive through thorough research and ad hoc projects.
