This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Latin America. You will work directly with a US‑based construction company and must be available during US Mountain Time (8am–5pm). This is not a project manager role — it is a coordination and operations role focused on execution, follow‑through, and keeping systems running smoothly.

This role is a back‑office operations position
, not a customer‑facing or project‑management role.
Your job is to keep the administrative engine of the company running cleanly and reliably — permits, inspections, invoices, secondary trades, and internal records — so real‑time coordination and communication can stay fast and responsive.

- You will be responsible for administrative throughput
, including:- Creating and sending invoices
- Tracking payments and billing status
- Pulling permits and managing permit workflows
- Scheduling inspections with municipalities
- Following up with secondary trades and vendors
- Auditing project files for completeness and accuracy
- Maintaining pipeline hygiene and internal records
- Keeping administrative tasks visible, tracked, and closed
- You will not be responsible for:
- Live customer communication
- Day‑of crew coordination
- Field scheduling
- Quality‑control decisions
- Those responsibilities are owned by a separate coordinator.
- Extreme organization and meticulous task tracking
- Experience handling high volumes of email and requests
- Proficiency with CRMs and project management systems
- Ability to follow checklists and processes precisely
- Strong written communication; calm under pressure
- Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or operations
- Spanish fluency (spoken and written) and strong English reading/writing
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
