• Support ongoing maintenance and development of content in Share Point
• Plan and coordinate internal meetings and events, including logistics and attendee communication
• Schedule and manage national virtual meetings using Zoom
• Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice, ensuring smooth operations
• Assist in project management by tracking deliverables and facilitating communications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments with a focus on client satisfaction

• Experience with Smartsheet for project management and collaboration
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for content and presentation design
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
