This is a full-time on-site role, remotely based, for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level, confidential executive administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing expense reports, and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless organization and efficiency of business operations while supporting the founder’s needs.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience with managing and preparing detailed Expense Reports
- Strong Executive Support capabilities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information securely
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including scheduling and communication platforms
