** WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
** The National Member Engagement team manages member engagement initiatives across the Academy and within our individual chapter markets. We are seeking a self-motivated, problem-solving Coordinator who will contribute their skills to our team. You will oversee key administrative workflows and duties for multiple Chapters, support Governance operations related to Chapter processes, and execute other assigned tasks. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will help facilitate nationwide initiatives and the development and execution of high impact programs, service opportunities, and member-wide activations.

You are dedicated and have exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly. You have a strong administrative background, are detail-oriented, and excel in fast-paced environments**.**#
** WHAT YOU'LL DO
*** Support the National Member Engagement team with various duties related to nationwide member initiatives, service opportunities and programs, including New Member Welcome week, the Entertainment Law Initiative (including committee administration and the annual GRAMMY week event), cross-chapter collaborative programs, Advocacy initiatives (such as Music Advocacy Day and GRAMMYs on the Hill), and Musi Cares member engagement (such as The Day That Music Cares).
* Work closely with National Member Engagement administrators to develop and maintain effective team organizational systems and workflows including shared calendars, inboxes, network file systems, and task platforms in support of team Manager directives
* Provide seasonal support for Governance with Chapter Coordinators to oversee process efficiencies related to the Chapter elections process and management of resources.
* Collaborate with Finance & Accounting to manage Chapter and program expenses, maintain current budget information and spreadsheets, submit check requests and follow up on payments, manage reimbursements, etc.
* Support scheduling specific to our Executive Directors including maintaining current information on all calendars, ensuring contact information and lists are current, adjusting meetings and/or soliciting availability for meetings, etc.
* Prepare Chapter staff expense reports, submitting all necessary notes and receipts related to PCard monthly reports, invoices, check requests, and related materials for payments.
* Support the creation and development of Splash invitation pages for Chapters and national activities.
* Maintain a high level of understanding and working knowledge of Academy event platforms related to digital event creation and marketing, virtual meetings, and event ticketing in support of Chapter and National initiatives
* Collect and maintain all event and meeting RSVPs, tracking changes or additions, sending event reminders to attendees, tracking event attendance, and tracking and analyzing final attendee data.
* Assist with travel needs for Chapter Executive Directors, Chapter Staff, and Chapter Board and event panelists as needed.#
** SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*** 2+ years of executive level administrative experience, preferably in music or creative industries.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications. Familiarity with Airtable, Vivenu, Zapier, and/or Swoogo event marketing platforms a plus.
* Ability to maintain composure under pressure and make decisions in high-stress situations.
* Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Must be adaptable to change and open to innovative ideas with a proactive approach to tasks and ability to manage upwards.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong leadership qualities, including conflict management and decision-making skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and contribute positively to team dynamics.
* Ability to uphold the highest levels of integrity and ethics.
