This full-time Assistant role at Xsell Realty involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. Primary tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining office records, handling correspondence, and supporting the team with real estate documents and processes. This is a hybrid position based in Toledo, OH, offering a combination of office-based and remote work flexibility.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative and scheduling responsibilities.
• Proficiency in communication (both verbal and written), including acting as a liaison between team members, clients, and vendors.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records, documents, and correspondence.
• Technical skills including experience using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional support to the team.
• current real estate license preffered in either MI or OH.
