- Unterstützung des Generalagenten und der Aussendienstmitarbeitenden in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen sowie Kundenempfang in der Generalagentur
- Terminvereinbarungen für Vorsorgeberater (Inbound)
- Erstellung von Offerten Kundenunterlagen Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen inkl. Verwaltung der Werbeartikel
- Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in diversen Swiss Life Applikationen
- Mithilfe und Organisation von Kundenevents und Marketingaktionen
- Aufbau und Pflege der Social Media Präsenz der Generalagentur
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assekuranz- oder Kundendienstbereich
- Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint)
- Zahlen- und Organisationsflair
- Gewinnende belastbare und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
