The Talent Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition process for the organisation. This position is heavily focused on administrative duties and efficient interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules, liaising between candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate arrangements.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining recruitment records, updating applicant tracking systems, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to confirm interview details, provide necessary instructions, and answer initial queries.
  • Support the wider recruitment team with ad hoc tasks such as preparing offer letters, organising onboarding materials, and tracking candidate progress.
  • Assist in posting job adverts on internal systems and Linked In.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with office administration, ideally within a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
