• Support the national Cyber Risk Practice with project management and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update content in SharePoint and coordinate communications within the Cyber team
• Plan and coordinate internal meetings and events, including logistics and attendee management
• Assist with ongoing project management support and ad hoc projects
• Provide administrative support for insurance placement, ensuring high-quality deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Commitment to client satisfaction and collaborative work across departments

• Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentations
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
