• Support ongoing maintenance of content in SharePoint and assist with new content
• Plan events for internal meetings, including booking accommodations and catering
• Schedule and organize national virtual meetings via Zoom
• Provide administrative assistance to the Cyber Risk Practice and coordinate communications
• Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deliverables and timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Strong problem‑solving, project management, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments with a focus on client satisfaction

• Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for professional content presentation
• Basic understanding of cyber insurance concepts
