Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant (EA) is a pivotal member of the Cura Fin team, providing direct support to the executive Founder. Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Manage complexexecutivecalendar,scheduling meetings,calls,andtravelwithprecision.
- Coordinate meet Galaxy within??? wait mis; let's keep original Coordinate meetings,travel logistics,leadershipoffsites,includingpreparingagendas,materials,and minutes.
- Actasagatekeeperforcommunication,prioritizingrequestsandensuringtimelyfollow-up.
- Draftandeditcorrespondence,presentations,andreportsonbehalfofleadership.
- Maintaindataintegritywithin Cura Fin ’sCRM(Microsoft Dynamics) andinternalsystems.
- Trackkeydeliverables,deadlines,andcomplianceworkflows,ensuring
CuraFinleadership remains aligned with fiduciary standards, client and team expectations. - Assistwithdocumentmanagement,maintaining
CuraFin’sfiduciaryvault,andpreparingforms and filings as needed.
- Support Cura Fin ’svaluesoffiduciarystewardship,transparency,team collaboration,and service.
- Coordinateinternalcommunicationacrossteams,ensuringalignmentbetween
Client
Services, Plan Operations, and Advisors. Looking good. - Representtheexecutivefounderwithprofessionalisminallinternalandexternalinteractions.
- Provideresearchandbackgroundsupportforexecutiveinitiatives,includingindustrytrends, ERISA/legislative developments, and partnership opportunities.
- Assistinorganizing Cura Fin ’sparticipationinindustryevents,conferences,webinars,andclienteducationinitiatives.
- 您 minimum 5 years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a high-performance environment. 飓
- Minimum 3yearsofexperienceinfinancialservices,legal,orERISA-related environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Dynamics experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Occasional travel may be required for executive support at client or committee meetings.
- This is a hybrid-remote position based in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be available to work onsite as needed.
