• Perform title examination and review the chain of title for orders requiring a limited level of expertise
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation according to procedural guidelines
• Abstract records for residential properties when necessary
• Collaborate with experienced team members on routine projects
• Complete other duties as assigned to support the team

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level experience in title or related real estate preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Proficient research and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation and proficient Microsoft Office skills

• Previous experience in title examination or related real estate roles
• Familiarity with commercial or industrial property title examination
