We’re seeking a highly organized, reliable Military Spouse for a part-time (10‑15 hours/week), remote Administrative Support Specialist role to support our Chief of Staff in Phase 1 operations. This execution‑focused position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in structured tasks and values supporting a veteran‑founder mission. Flexible scheduling around family/military life; potential for growth into leadership roles on operational teams.
Competitive hourly rate ($25 per hour starting, ~15 hours per week starting, with flexible hours to scale with workload not to exceed an agreed upon number per day, hourly pay to scale with demonstrated performance and effectiveness).
- Financial Tracking & Accountability (Execution Only):
Organize/log receipts, maintain expense trackers in Quick Books, match expenses to categories, flag missing/unclear items (no budgeting or decision‑making). - Calendar Coordination & Scheduling:
Manage meeting invites, confirmations, reschedules; handle basic calendar adjustments and reminders. - File & Document Management:
Maintain orderly Dropbox structure, enforce naming conventions, ensure current versions and easy navigation. - Administrative Follow‑Ups & Task Closure:
Execute routine tasks like confirming memberships/events, following up on submissions, and closing simple loops (no judgment required).
- Active Military Spouse with proven reliability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Quick Books (required); experience with Dropbox, Click Up, Excel, and calendar tools (Google/Outlook) strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle repetitive, execution‑heavy tasks with consistency.
- Excellent written English; comfortable with remote collaboration (email, Slack, Zoom).
