This is a remote position; however, you must reside in one of the following locations:
Austin, TX;
Dallas, TX;
Des Moines, IA;
New Orleans, LA; or Tulsa, OK.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure complex work orders are completed accurately and on time. This role supports a portfolio of approximately 600 unoccupied retail restaurant locations, addressing facilities issues as they arise.

This role is part of the Facilities Management team, which focuses on successfully addressing client facility needs and requests.

Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills are key to success in this role!

What You’ll Do:
  • Directly communicate between client or landlord and various vendors by responding to client inquiries and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients.
  • Schedule repairs with vendors or technicians from work order requests
  • Review data from work order reports to determine performance and progress status.
  • Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Present, updates, findings, detailed analyses, proposed solutions, and recommendations to the client.
  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Vendor management and facilities experience are required.
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
  • Familiarity with the decommissioning process is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange clear and concise information, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Smartsheet is ideal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
