• Assist the national Risk Practice Leader with project management and administrative tasks
• Maintain and support content in SharePoint and coordinate communications across teams
• Plan internal meetings, including booking venues and arranging catering
• Schedule and manage virtual meetings using Zoom
• Provide administrative support for the Cyber Risk Practice and other ongoing projects

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction

• Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for content and presentation design
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
