Clinical Administrative Assistant - Part Time
Responsible for providing administrative and project support as well as meeting organization and management for the Clinical leadership team. 16 hours weekly – 4 hours a day – 4 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provides administrative support to the Clinical leadership team.
- Updates and maintains various forms, manuals, handouts, presentations, and other documentation to support business needs.
- Assists with the coordination of employee engagement programs such as quarterly ER3 recognition events, Service Awards, birthday/holiday cards, and administration of STARS recognition program.
- Prepares and ships promotional materials to the clinical team upon request.
- Compiles and distributes data and reports for the leadership team.
- Creates and updates spreadsheets and assists with schedule coordination for time off and coverage.
- Orders uniforms, supplies, business cards, and creates name tags as needed.
- Conserves resources by adhering to financial stewardship and prudent judgment related to expenses incurred by the Company.
- Complies with all laws, regulations, and standards of ethical conduct.
- Maintains uncompromising levels of cleanliness and safety.
- Leads by Example by upholding and promoting the culture, vision, mission, and values of the Company.
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
College graduate or some college classes preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of administrative or communications experience required. Prior experience in healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy, therapy, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Exemplary computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
