Accountabilities- Manage the Technology Division shared mailbox and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding requests with business partners.
- Assist in maintaining division data on SharePoint sites.
- Maintain electronic files, records, and meeting-room calendars.
- Arrange business travel and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Prioritize projects based on team needs and goals.
- Facilitate safety tours for division staff. Requirements
- High School diploma and 5+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong spoke and written communication skills.
- Experience with Ariba or Concur is a plus.
