The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Role Requirements
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members.
  • Account Management: Manage account openings, transfers, and other requests. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the advisor. Handle scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and execute on the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
