• Proactively monitor and manage files using proprietary web-based applications
• Facilitate and schedule medical services for claimants to ensure timely care
• Provide telephonic and written customer support services
• Document actions and correspondence between parties to maintain accurate records
• Ensure files are complete with all appropriate documentation and comply with safety regulations

• High School diploma
• Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel

• Experience in a team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet designated deadlines
