Position: Credit Support Specialist II - Remote US

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Review and process sales finance and credit applications, including account setup and modifications
  • Provide support to customers and employees to promote Sales Finance Programs
  • Respond promptly and professionally to feedback and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and compose professional written communications
  • Assist in transitioning customers and employees to the Customer Online Account Portal
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative, specialist, or relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to process credit and financing applications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; undergraduate degree preferred

  • Experience with JD Edwards system
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
