Key Responsibilities
• Case Management:
Open and manage cases following reports of damp and mould issues.
• Repair Coordination:
Raise and track repair orders, ensuring timely completion.
• Contractor Liaison:
Work closely with contractors to schedule and monitor repairs.
• Problem-Solving:
Handle queries and resolve issues promptly in a high-pressure environment. What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Previous experience in housing, repair coordination, or customer service is desirable. Benefits
