Key Objectives
  • Accurately input, update, and pollution of data in company databases and systems.
  • Ensure data integrity by verifying information and correcting errors.
  • Support many departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
Responsibilities
  • Enter data from various source documents into computer systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
  • Update existing data and records as needed to maintain accuracy.
  • Identify andậy discrepancy or errors in data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support data-related tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data management software. inuusutt>
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
