Job Offer DescriptionWe are looking for a versatile, thorough, and proactive person to support management and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys contributing to the efficiency of a small team and is interested in both executive support and financial administration.
As an executive assistant, you will be a pillar of the company's administrative and strategic operations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing key हाद्री business processes: payroll, billing, human resources, health and safety, project management, opportunity management,यू recruitment and onboarding of new employees,quality management, bookkeeping, IT support, etc.;
- Support the president in preparing and coordinating management committee meetings and any follow-up actions;
- Overseeing strategic initiatives assigned to them pē which may include event planning, improving technological systems, change management, etc.;
- Production of weekly operational dashboards, communication of discrepancies and follow‑ups with team leaders and project managers as appropriate;
- Managing the internal and external communications calendar;
- Participation in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities and implementing them;
- Supporting the president with travel logistics, managing her schedule, and other tasks.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and autonomy;
- Ability to communicate tactfully and professionally;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, time/project management tools (Excel, Quick Books, Clockify, etc.);
- Experience in administration or coordination of operations;
- Bilingualism (French and English; Spanish an asset);
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an administrative role;
