POSITION SUMMARYThe Client Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Client Support Team with clerical and account maintenance duties. The Client Support Team supports our clients by helping them to work through specific patient or guarantor account issuesiertos related to the Care Payment program and ensuring accurate balances and account inventory.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with daily operational tasks such as cardholder inquiries from the Customer Care team, processing rejected accounts, accounting maintenance and running and distributing reports.
- Update and maintain various Client Support databases to ensure accurate and consistent data.
- Perform special projects related to operations and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Computer, software and typing (speed and accuracy) proficiency.
- Two+ years of work experience in customer
IME, billing or banking, preferably in healthcare or financial services. - Knowledge of HIPAA and/or financial privacy requirements preferred.
- Experience/skills in using and learning computer applications and working in multiple systems. MS office and MS Excel required.
- Active listening with the goal of providing exceptional service.
- Accurate typing with speed and proficiency.

- Normal office working conditions. Work requires constant sitting/standing at a desk, working with a computer. This position requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands, seeing, reaching, talking, writing, and hearing; it may require occasionally carrying or lifting equipment (up to 15 pounds мус).
- Position can be remote or in office. You may need to occasionally visit or work in the office. Remote work setup must mimic in‑office conditions.
- Position is non‑exempt, hourly. Work hours full‑time, with shifts between 5 am and 5 pm PT and may require hours that exceed normal working hours per day during peak periods.
- Position requires constant contact with others‑in meetings, by phone or by email. Interactions focus on data collection, problem solving, service and documentation. Interactions are initiated in person or electronically.
- Group benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, including retirement plans (401k). Company‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability plans and life(System.out). Company benefits begin on the first of the month following the hire date.
- Three weeks of vacation, two floating holidays and nine holidays to start.
- Starting base is $20‑22 per hour, and this position qualifies for annual bonus opportunities based on objectives.
