Skills:
** Utilize strong computer skills to efficiently perform daily tasks, manage digital files, and operate a variety of computer programs and software systems to support daily operations.
* ** Understanding Different Computer Programs:
** Demonstrate the ability to understand, navigate, and effectively use multiple computer programs and software applications to complete tasks, manage information, and support overall workflow.
* ** Clear Communication:
** Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients through written and verbal communication to ensure accuracy and effective collaboration.
* Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents;
** OR
* ** An associate degree in any field;
** OR
* ** An equivalent combination of education and experience.

** Hybrid Telework:
** This position is hybrid work, with four days a week required in-office days at a facility, field office, and/or Central Office. In-office day requirements may change depending on business needs.
