Administration and Database Manager
Thomson Reuters' Media Group, which includes Asian Legal Business, is seeking an Administration and Database Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support and project coordination.
About the RoleThis role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to Thomson Reuters' Media Group success whilst supporting our mission to deliver trusted content to legal professionals across Asia-Pacific.
Responsibilities- Provide specialised administrative services for departmental projects using internal systems knowledge
- Collect, compile, and analyse data; prepare complex, confidential reports
- Conduct research and present findings to stakeholders
- Draft documents, compose correspondence, and manage departmental communications
- Monitor and analyse magazine traffic patterns and reader engagement metrics
- Manage departmental invoice and purchasing processes
- Coordinate content flow and publication schedules across Media Group publications
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in administrative management, database administration, or related support roles
- Previous experience in systems administration or database environments preferred
- Professional experience in roles that demonstrate administrative coordination and project management capabilities
- Experience working with database management systems and administrative software applications
- Media/publishing industry experience an advantage
