Kents Hill and Monkston Parish Council

Salary: A GBP 26,403 : A GBP 28,598 (SCP 7:12) per annum, pro rata

Location:

Kents Hill, MK7 (home based with travel for meetings usually within the Parish and hybrid working when the Council office opens)

Hours:

15 per week (Work pattern to be agreed but will require a minimum of 3 days VS some evening work to attend meetings (monthly meetings on Tuesday evenings) and اشت weekend events when required)

Kents Hill and Monkston Parish Council is looking for an organised, friendly and community‑minded Administration Officer to join our small, supportive team. This is a varied role where you’ll help keep the council running smoothly and play a meaningful part in supporting residents across our parish.

As the first point of contact for many people, you’ll provide a warm and professional welcome, responding to enquiries and helping residents access the information uv services they sak need.⁢ You’ll support the Clerk with day‑to‑day administration, prepare مجتمع papers, keep records tidy and accurate, and assist with routine finance tasks such as invoices and purchase orders.⁢﬇ The role also includes helping with community events and outreach activities giving you the chance to be involved in work that directly benefits the community.
