Position Responsibilities:
This role is intended to primarily support administrative functions for engineering processes (≈ 90%) and some general administrative functions related to general operation of the office (≈ 10%). The range of assignments may include, but are not limited to:
- Collect, file, and maintain inspection data including calculations, and field files
- Gain knowledge of policies and procedures related to client overhead material handling processes
- Coordinate project initiation and scheduling by working with clients, engineers, and consultants to define scope, gather data, set timelines, and secure funding or charge numbers.
- Act as a liaison between the Customer, Contractors, and Engineers to enhance communication and coordination for required services.
- Strive to deliver the level of customer service that our customers and engineers expect and deserve.
- Works to enhance the communication of policies and procedures to our costumers and engineers
- Other duties as needed, such as support first day onboarding and ordering supplies
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of related experience in a customer service, customer focused construction, engineering, or technical setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, such as Word, SharePoint, and Excel
- Previous administrative experience collecting data and maintaining digital files
- Strong Organizational skills, both calendar management, and maintaining digital and physical files
- Ability to Multi-Task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- AEC Industry experience
- $40k - $50k per year, depending on all candidate factors; such as qualifications, experience level, etc.
