• Send, respond to, and manage emails using Microsoft Outlook
• Make and receive phone calls on behalf of the Financial Advisor
• Prepare, edit, and organize documents
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Create and maintain reports

• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn new tasks and tools

• Experience in an administrative support role is a plus
• Familiarity with financial services terminology
