We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and positive professional to serve as the right hand to our Executive Director while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a “glass half full” mindset to everything they do.

What You’ll Do Executive Assistant and Leadership Support- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Director.
- Manage schedules, priorities, correspondence, and special projects.
- Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and keep leadership focused on what matters most.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and internal systems.
- Support vendors (IT, website, and other partners) and assist with reporting and presentations.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and keep processes running efficiently.
- Create and schedule social media content and maintain website/blog updates.
- Support newsletters and email campaigns that share our impact and engage the community.
- Assist with client inquiries, documentation, and follow-up as needed.

- Strong communicator – both in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Salesforce experience preferred. - Nonprofit, administrative, or operations experience a plus.
