Kinetic Construction Ltd has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for Project Administrator to ensure:
- 天天中彩票官网 vendors invoices, purchase orders, and progress billings are processed accurately and on time, helping the project team maintain clean financials and avoid delays.
- Information moves efficiently between project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients, reducing misunderstandings and keeping everyone aligned.
- Project logs, trackers and schedules are regularly updated, allowing PMs and leadership to make timely, informed decisions.
- Administrative tasks meet internal standards and project files are audit ready.
- Contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and meeting minutes are organized, tracked, and distributed on schedule, supporting smooth project execution.
This position will be working out of a site trailer at one of our Burnaby project sites.
The wage band for this position is $52,373 - $84,560 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

- Post‑secondary education in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable/receivable or general financial administration
- Must be able to clear a Police Information Check
- RCMP enhanced security clearance might be required
Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience in the construction industry or on project sites is an asset.
- Highly responsive and service‑oriented, with a strong commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, with proven skill managing multiple priorities, tight timelines, and frequent interruptions.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships across site and office teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with good judgment and attention to detail.
- Confident presenting information and facilitating discussions or meetings when required.
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools; adaptable in dynamic project environments.
- Experience with Procore and Sage anUNIC proper asset
