Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Umhlanga, with some remote work flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support in day-to-day administrative tasks, handle phone communications, assist with scheduling, manage records, and provide clerical support. The role will also include aiding executives with executive-level administrative tasks and streamlining operations to ensure efficient functioning.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle documentation, data management, and routine office tasks.
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to professionally address client and team interactions.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and high-level administrative tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
