Job Summary
:
Temp Force Remote Administrative Assistant provides support of an area's activities with occasional guidance. Responds to customer needs by consulting with others as appropriate or by following established guidelines. Organizes flow of daily operations to ensures service priorities are met.
Department Summary: Temp Force was created to connect diverse and skilled temporary talent to departments across the Medical Center. Key Responsibilities
:
- Performs a variety of administrative duties to include data entry, payroll, and travel expense processing.
- Compiles and process payroll hours for over 680 employees
- Working knowledge of Word and Outlook

Education:
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 2 years relevant experience
