Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time

This position provides services to the Construction Department.

• Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR.
• Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed.
• Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval.
• Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed.
• Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.

• Must have experience in data entry and be self‑motivated with minimum supervision.
• 10‑key by touch preferred.
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail.
• Must be familiar with various office equipment.
• Must pass pre‑placement drug/alcohol screen.
