Position OverviewLife Is Work is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while managing fast-moving priorities.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and day-to-day workflow.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, lodging, and expense reports.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up action items.
- Support inbox management, draft communications, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Take detailed meeting notes and ensure timely follow-up.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication with board members and assist with board meeting logistics.
- Support donor engagement efforts, including thank-you correspondence and event coordination.
- Maintain organized and confidential records and files.
- Assist with organizational communications and reporting needs.
- Support cross-department coordination to keep organizational priorities on track.
- Manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
- Experience in nonprofit, community-based, or mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM, donor management tools, or database systems.
- Experience coordinating events or supporting board governance.
Salary Range: $62,000 – $85,000 annually depending on experience.
