Data Entry Clerk

In this part-time remote job we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting customers
• Entering data into our database systems
• Enter data provided directly by customers
• Verify data against original documents
• Retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested
• Sort and organize paperwork after data entry to ensure that it is not lost and is archived
• Maintain filing system
• Other duties as required

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, receptionist.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary depends on experience. Type of work:
Part time. This is strictly an online job and work from home job hours are flexible and you can choose to work from any location of your choice, pay is $35.00 per hour, training is $25.00 per hour and you will receive weekly pay via check or direct deposit working 30 to 40 hours per week. If you are employed you will be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor.
