This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ. Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is WFH. This is not a virtual / remote position. Wayfair, one of the largest and most innovative destinations for home furnishings and décor, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the senior leaders of our Legal and Finance teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a strategic partner to 3-5 senior leaders across the Enterprise organization, driving focus, efficiency, and impact through proactive support.
  • Manage complex global calendars, balancing multiple time zones and priorities while anticipating needs and resolving conflicts before they arise.
  • Plan and execute detailed domestic and international travel, adapting swiftly to evolving schedules and ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Prepare and process monthly business expenses accurately and on time.
  • Partner with teams to plan and deliver impactful meetings, offsites, and events that foster alignment and connection.
  • Build strong relationships, bridge teams, and drive clarity across global initiatives.
  • Maintain a customer‑centric approach, ask pertinent questions in meetings, and readily adapt to new challenges.
  • Contribute to a collaborative EA community – sharing best practices and maintaining a proactive, solutions‑driven attitude. Provide coverage for fellow EAs as needed, ensuring seamless continuity across leadership support.
  • Excel in a dynamic, global workplace by managing multiple priorities with professionalism and composure.
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, including 1+ years supporting Director‑level leaders in a fast‑paced, global environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (Calendar, Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet).
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and pivot seamlessly as priorities shift.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, give constructive pushback, and build trusted partnerships.
  • Meticulous organization, planning, and follow‑through to ensure flawless execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to change, and a steady, positive presence under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset that anticipates what will drive success – for your executives and the broader team.
