We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our close‑knit team in Tilbury, ON. This position plays an important role in Accounts Payable, month‑end support, and occasional administrative and reception duties.

Accounts Payable (Primary Focus)- Process a steady volume of vendor invoices (higher during peak season).
- Perform weekly payment runs and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify coding.
- Handle monthly employee expense reports.
- Assist with Accounts Payable reconciliations and support month‑end closing.
- Contribute to the annual Dealer Final Reconciliation process (team effort).
- Assist with general month‑end close activities.
- Generate simple reports for internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, management).
- Support the accurate posting of marketing invoices into relevant budgets (light task).
- Provide occasional front‑desk coverage (very low volume of phone calls/visitors).
- Welcome visitors, vendors, and dealer groups, and notify internal teams.
- Help maintain office supplies (paper, water, coffee, cleaners, etc.).
- Support general office operations as needed.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Sage 300 or other accounting software.
- Experience in Accounts Payable or administrative accounting.
- Experience working in a small office or agricultural environment.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with occasional visits to the production facility or laboratory. Appropriate safety equipment must be worn when entering these areas.
- Occasional exceptions for working from home may be accommodated for special circumstances (appointments, etc.).
- Typical schedule:
- 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (standard)
- 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (alternative)
