Role Description

This is a permanent position for an Administrative Assistant, based in Pretoria with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining correspondence, and organizing company documentation. Additional responsibilities may include providing executive administrative assistance, managing office supplies, and assisting with clerical tasks to support efficiency and organization. All goods are distributed throughout Mozambique, but the office is situated in Waterkloof in Pretoria.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Administration and Clerical tasks
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative and managing schedules
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills in Afrikaans and English, Portuguese will be a plus
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
  • Experience with office software and technology tools
  • Team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
  • High school diploma required; additional administrative certifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
