Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid internship role for a Virtual Assistant based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home hours. The Virtual Assistant Intern will manage various administrative tasks, support day-to-day operations, maintain digital communication, and assist in the coordination of both internal and external activities. Additionally, the intern will help with organizing data, scheduling meetings, and providing virtual support across projects and platforms.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and task management
Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
Familiarity with Linked In, social media platforms, or professional networking tools is a plus
Basic research and data management skills
