This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurgaon, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, managing appointments, handling inbound calls, and providing clerical support to ensure efficient front desk operations. Additionally, the role involves facilitating communication between patients, medical staff, and other team members to maintain a seamless experience at the center.
Qualifications
Experience with receptionist duties and phone etiquette
Strong clerical skills, including scheduling and organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in customer service and ability to create a welcoming experience for clients
Punctuality, professional demeanor, and attention to detail
Experience with office management software is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Ability to manage tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
