Role Description
This full-time position as an Administrative Office Specialist is located in Hyderabad and follows a hybrid work model, allowing some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, assisting with office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting departmental activities to ensure organizational efficiency. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and assisting with basic accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, ensuring seamless office operations and task management.
Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to effectively manage interactions with clients and staff.
Basic knowledge of Accounting for handling financial tasks and record-keeping.
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with office software tools such as Microsoft Office and other administrative applications.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any Bachelor's degree field with 1-5 years experience, Office Management, or a related field.
