Role Overview
The Data Entry / MIS Intern will support day-to-day data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of records. The role involves working with spreadsheets and internal tools while coordinating with the team through scheduled online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal systems
Perform data cleaning, formatting, and verification tasks
Cross-check data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies
Organize and categorize datasets for easy access and reporting
Assist with administrative and MIS-related data tasks as assigned
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Participate in scheduled online meetings for task allocation and updates
Work Structure
The internship is fully remote
Interns are required to attend two daily online meetings for task assignment and progress updates
Tasks will be assigned during scheduled meetings and tracked on a daily basis
Eligibility & Requirements
Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and structured workflows
Good time management and reliability
Comfortable working in an online, task-driven environment
