Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The primary responsibilities include accurately entering data into databases or systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free, verifying data for accuracy, and maintaining records for company use. The role also involves collaborating with team members to support administrative tasks and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Typing with high accuracy is essential for everyday job functions
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively and deliver updates
Experience or knowledge in Customer Service to support client interactions when required
Administrative Assistance skills for managing and organizing documentation efficiently
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines
Prior experience in data entry or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in computer or office software is advantageous
